@asabi.lee: I just bought this about a month ago and it actually has reduced my hair shedding it’s the Dose redlight hat and for me it works. It’s worth the money and has already stopped my hair shedding and I can see new growth. I use it at least twice a day. Sometimes I even use it three times a day, which I don’t know how many times they recommend it, but this isn’t a pay-dad, this is only my personal opinion, so I’m of the belief like it’s so easy to do cause you just throw it on, it looks like a baseball cap, and you just wear it and after 10 minutes the red light goes off and you’re done, so you could do it once a day. I would definitely make a habit of doing every day, like I wake up, I put on the hat, I make my coffee, and then usually when I go get a refill coffee, I’ll do it again, or I’ll do it once in the morning, once at night, but I found that my hair is growing faster and the the biggest thing is cause it’s only been a month is the hair shedding is a lot less now, so I’m so excited to see what this is gonna do in like three months and I’ll come back with an update #higherdose##creatorsearchinsights##productsirecommend
