I’ll concede to Ocho as a WR. If he says it’s not a catch I agree with him. I thought once that foot touched out of bounds the play was over.

Tough call, but he didn’t have complete control of the ball. Look at the receivers reaction after the play he knew it was incomplete.

TD!!! He could have spiked that ball as soon as caught it and they would have said he scored. He bubbles the ball out of bounds!! No one knows the rule! It changes for everyone!

as my dad always says in these situations it's a ticky tack call it could have gone either way but they got it right he should have pulled it in and secured the ball

Scenario 1: It is a TOUCHDOWN (The player is upright and stable) If the receiver catches the ball, firmly establishes possession with a foot down, and has clearly finished the "process of the catch" while standing or running, it is a touchdown the exact millisecond possession is secured in the end zone.
