They don’t get nerfed at all. The comp just simply gets wayyyy harder, plus when they are evil they don’t hold back bc they are aiming to kill. But when they are good they have restraints and have more to worry about protecting others.

In civil war Bucky black panther and captain America were running faster than cars. In infinity war captain amerifa and black panther were running faster than the whole team. Bucky nowhere to be seen. That’s a nerf.
