My recent call to the caucus voting 11/14 by secret ballot for Democrat leadership: Hi, I’m a constituent and I’m calling today to demand we get new Democrat leadership in the house and the Senate. I urge you to vote for a new majority leader in your chambers. We saw a historic sweep across the United States on Tuesday and the people are clearly fed up and they want change. Schumer and Jeffries are both very unfit to serve as party leadership. Neither of them can meet the urgency of this moment and both of them have said they don’t want to impeach Donald Trump. We need to prosecute Trump‘s cabinet for breaking laws, committing war crimes, and enriching themselves while in office and destroying Democratic institutions. Otherwise future politicians will do the same. We can walk and chew gum at the same time. Prosecute the Trump administration and deliver on a bold agenda to every day Americans. Schumer and Jefferies both flip-flop on the issues they are uninspiring chuds. They don’t serve the interest of the every day working class people and they only care about their corporate donors. We need bold new leadership who will actually deliver to end the unjust war in Iran, pass Medicare for all, prosecute the Trump administration and cabinet and end our military support for Israel, get money out of politics, abolish ICE and so much more. Schumer and Jeffries have failed to support these initiatives that voters clearly want. It’s long overdue that we need new energy in the Democratic Party that will fight for a bold new deal style agenda. I urge you to vote against Schumer in Jeffries as the Democratic party leadership if you care about working class, people in the country and you clearly want to deliver for your constituents.
