Man. I know the feeling. I usually eat Greek yogurt with berries due to having to take meds. Recently I started to add magnesium to try to sleep faster since I’m in charge of dropping off and picking up the kids from school. I’m lucky if I get 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Hopefully I feel the magnesium soon to fall asleep quicker.

If you’re parked in a safe place once you clock out, lie the seat back and sleep for an hour. It helps if you can close your eyes a bit before driving home.
