Hi, I need some help with Claude. When I work on a project with Claude inside one long chat, it starts forgetting earlier instructions and work we already completed, and then repeats things we already did. How can I set it up so Claude keeps track of all previous requests and decisions in the same chat (or across chats), so later work builds on what's already done instead of starting over? Is there a recommended setup — Projects, memory, notes, or something else?
