In Tanzania 5000 shillings (6500 UGX) gets you 50 units of Electricity. In Uganda it gets you only 7.5 units. Tax on iPhones in S. Sudan is 56k (in Uganda currency) , in Rwanda 97k, in Kenya 180k, in Uganda it's over a million.
