so including the original Torch begs an interesting question for the MCU. In the comics, there was a great comic book run called The Invaders which was set during WW2 and the team was The Torch, Captain America, Namor the Sub Mariner and others. I'm gonna assume the MCU is just not going to acknowledge this at all.

Think of it like Spider-Man & the Scarlet-Spiders. Even though Ben & Kaine are technically clones of Peter, making them the same person as him. Peter considers them brothers instead. That’s how I see it with Vision & the “Hammond Torch,” with Vision being the “brother” of Hammond.
