@avi6974: Wonder Woman first flew onto our TV screens 51 years ago tonight, on November 7, 1975. Lynda Carter spun around in a flash of light and became the Amazon princess, with Lyle Waggoner as Major Steve Trevor. The pilot was set during World War II, and it was such a hit that it turned into a weekly series that ran until 1979. For a lot of us, Lynda Carter will always be the one and only Wonder Woman.
