@thetimes: One of Britain’s top state schools has become the first in the UK to open overseas branches in a bid to raise money for itself.⁠ ⁠ Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School, a selective boys’ secondary in Barnet, north London, has launched affiliate private schools in Dubai and Gurugram, India, this term, and will receive a proportion of the revenue. A third school is planned elsewhere in India.⁠ ⁠ The schools have the same name and branding, wear the same navy and pale blue uniform and follow an adapted version of its British curriculum.
