like, what’s wrong with ethan smelling the dishes calix washed? isn’t that just a way of checking if they’re clean? i don’t understand why calix took it personally, as if ethan was automatically questioning his ability to wash dishes. sometimes, people do things out of habit or simply to make sure everything is clean. not everything is meant to be an insult.
