That means… ⭐️1,195 days of waking up with no hangover ⭐️1,195 days of hangover free workouts ⭐️1,195 days of not sabotaging myself ⭐️1,195 days of remembering every single event ⭐️1,195 days of no regret from the night before ⭐️1,195 days of celebrating every single win I can’t believe I’m here. I know I say that a lot but if you were there during my times of drinking, then you are prob just as shocked as I am … if not more. 🤦‍♀️ I meditated daily for an ENTIRE year before I quit. 🧘‍♀️ I lost count of how many times my drinking was the focus. There were times where I cried during my meditation bc I felt hopeless. I wanted to quit & knew I had to .. I didn’t believe in myself. During one of my meditations, I actually heard my inner voice screaming at me to quit. && I still ignored it. 🤦‍♀️🤨 Then 1 day, I was ready. I was scared shitless, bc I used to see drinking as part of my personality. I feared that if I quit drinking, I would lose a part of myself. But once I let that fear go, & quit - I found myself instead & learned that: ✨ the stress I blamed for my drinking isn’t as hard to take on sober ✨ celebrations should be still worth celebrating the next day, hangover free ✨ I am proving to my kids that alcohol isn’t needed to enjoy my time or to “deal” with them ✨the only thing stopping me from my health/fitness & work goals was the hardest thing to let go of ✨ I love my life more than ever, alcohol free 💞 👉Do I still have urges to drink when reminiscing about good times where alcohol was involved? Sure thing … But in the last 1,195 days, I realized alcohol was never worth it. 💯 I wasn’t living my life-I was drowning in it; prioritizing something that was screwing up my relationships, my confidence, AND my fitness results! If you’re sitting there now wondering if you should try sobriety out & you know deep down that alcohol is the only thing stopping you from hitting your goals, but are too afraid to admit it {even to yourself…}, you should join the FREE challenge I am hosting for Sober September! Drinking problem not required - just the desire to enhance your life!🤩 Drop 🔥 & let’s get you in there!! #SoberCurious #SoberCommunity #SoberLiving #sobermovement #fitmomsoftiktok #bettereveryday #fitover40 #over40mom #quitdrinking #neverdrinkingagain #sobermotivation
