Chef italiano licenziato in Australia per aver rifiutato la pizza all’ananas 🇮🇹🍍🍕 Davide Tamburella, chef italiano a Brisbane, si è rifiutato di preparare una pizza con prosciutto e ananas durante un evento da oltre 15.000 dollari australiani. Non era la prima volta. Per lui, mettere l’ananas sulla pizza significava tradire la tradizione italiana. Il ristorante lo ha licenziato, contestandogli anche altri comportamenti. Il suo ricorso è stato respinto perché presentato fuori tempo massimo. Ma la conseguenza più pesante? Ha perso anche la sponsorizzazione lavorativa per ottenere la residenza permanente in Australia.
