@jerseycityinsider: Your next date night spot in New Jersey? 🥂✨ Located right on the waterfront in Weehawken, Blu on the Hudson is an upscale dining spot with stunning Manhattan skyline views, a stylish atmosphere, and a menu featuring everything from fresh seafood to classic steaks. We recently stopped by for dinner and tried a little bit of everything! 🍽️ We started with the king salmon crudo and nori tacos, along with some seasonal dishes including roasted beets with goat cheese and winter citrus, and the butternut squash agnolotti (one of our favorites!). For mains, we went with the branzino and filet mignon, accompanied by their delicious whipped potatoes. And of course, we can’t forget their famous tiramisu, which is absolutely to die for! 🤎 Whether you’re planning a romantic date night, celebrating a special occasion, or just fancy dinner with a view, this one is worth adding to your list! 📍 Blu on the Hudson | Weehawken, NJ #BluOnTheHudson #WeehawkenNJ #NJRestaurants #NJDateNight #NewJerseyEats
