@konah619: Melanie Sanchez was 23 years old and sitting at her graduation ceremony at the University of Central Florida when her phone buzzed. She wasn’t supposed to answer, but she did anyway. A few days earlier, she’d had her second interview for a marketing specialist position at a Florida health company, and something told her this was the call she’d been waiting weeks for. On the other end, a human resources representative first asked her how she thought the interview had gone. “Very well,” Melanie replied. A classmate, sensing good news was coming, pulled out their phone and started recording. And there was good news. She got the job offer! She credits her time at the university and her business fraternity. That afternoon, she closed one chapter and opened another, and her joy was captured on video.
