Sakura in the manga is generally a more kind person than in the Anime adaptation is what ive heard, and is a way more likeable character than her Anime counterpart. Orihime is still better in my opinion, but Sakura isnt all that bad when you look at the manga

but the thing they do have in common is that they both weren't done justice by the animation studios behind the anime! Ive been seeing a lot of manga vs anime for bleach and the anime did Orihime dirty and I saw a few videos doing the same with Sakura
