If you really think about it they could just use the amnesia plot line from Norman and just give it to Otto but instead of amnesia it’s a Multiverse variant in tasm #40 Norman gets amnesia and Peter is the only person who knows who green goblin is and tries to stop Norman from slipping up again so just twist it around a bit and they could totally bring in anybody they want

Homecoming set up 4/6 so well. Obviously Vulture and Shocker but also Prowler and Scorpion have set up and both could be sorted with Vulture-tech very easily. Plus I think Mysterio should be MCU Peter’s arch enemy so that’s 5/6 of the Sinister Six in the MCU

spider-man 5 should be spider-man dealing with various villains while also trying to keep his dr. octavius from turning evil only for the end to reveal that octavius was behind all the villainy of the movie and was evil the whole time. then peter loses a big battle w the sinister 6, and the next movie is him taking them down over the course of the movie. so the villain team feels like a real threat instead of a one-off
