Make the Caesar Dressing, In a large bowl, whisk together mayo, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, Juice of 1 lemon, extra virgin olive oil, grated Parmesan, salt, black pepper and Whisk until well combined (Reserve some for dipping).  4. Chop the lettuce and the cooked chicken, add it to the dressing. Add in the Parmesan shavings and croutons, toss everything together until well coated in the dressing.  5. Warm your tortillas slightly to make them pliable. Add a generous amount of the Caesar salad in the middle of the tortilla.  6. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Toast the wrap for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden.
