Next time try throwing the cooked potatoes into the egg mixture, mix well then slide into the pan and bake. Seems like the same thing but it isn’t 😉

sorry not tortilla, maybe a potato pie. You can still cook potatos on the oven but do the rest on a greased the pan to get a better texture.
