Set aside to cool 5. Grease a 9x13 pan with olive oil. Place the dough into the pan. Brush generously with garlic butter and scatter shredded cheese. Fold into itself.  6. Cover and let rise 30–40 minutes until puffy. 7. Use fingertips to dimple the surface. Drizzle with olive oil and remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle on more cheese.
