Rubber or plastic tongs and utensils are a must for non stick pans. Metal will damage it

t'fals are actually pretty nice pans. I use mine for everything and I haven't had any problems with them (just handwash)

TJ Maxx/Marshalls has all clad heavy bottom non stick skillets for like $30. pretty great since they are good quality and relatively cheap

I always mess up my stainless steel pots and pans. I can’t ever get them to not stick and get crap stuck royally to the bottom
