RATE THE CRUNCH?! What i actually mean when i say i meal prep! 🍔 (MAKES 4): CRISPY CHICKEN: 🍗 400g Raw Chicken breast fillet (100g Each) 🍗 Seasoning of choice ( i used Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Tumeric, Chilli flakes & Tandoori massala) 🍗 1 Egg (50g) 🍗 50g Cornflakes - To a bowl, add  Chicken, seasoning & egg. Mix well - In a separate plate, Crush cornflakes & press each chicken fillet into it to cover both sides - Lay each coated chicken onto parchment paper  - Airfry at 188C for 15-20mins until crispy (flip over half way through) SAUCE: 🤍 80g 0% Fat Greek yogurt (or mayo if prefer) 🤍 Fresh Garlic (or powder) 🤍 Salt & Oregano (can use ranch seasoning too) - Mince the garlic (use the salt to help) - Mix into yogurt along with oregano ASSEMBLY: 🍔 4 Brioche burger buns 🍔 40g Shredded Lettuce 🍔 4 LIGHT cheese slices - Optional: Airfry or toast burger buns until crispy - Place 1 cheese slice on the bottom of each bun along with lettuce - Add a layer sauce to the top buns (if you want to freeze/ prep these then store sauce in separate containers) - Place crispy chicken on top of lettuce and close the bun - Eat as is or wrap in foil or cling film and store in fridge (can also freeze) HOW TO RE-HEAT: - DONT ADD sauce to the burger if you’re meal prepping them.
