most people think sales is about convincing people, which is exactly why most people suck at sales. bc the best closers aren't sitting there trying to manipulate someone into saying yes, they're trying to understand them 😌 that's the biggest shift that changed everything for me. when i first started sales, i thought i needed: + the perfect script, + the perfect pitch, whole time... the money was in the questions i asked bc the moment someone feels: + heard, + understood, + seen, & safe enough to tell you the truth... the entire conversation changes. the prospect literally starts selling themselves. that's why i laugh when people say sales is
