Frank Muller Repair Service is such a Shame . I never faced a unprofessional Repair Service like that . Since February 2025 i can't use my FM Crazy Hour 15.th. Asia Edition , because Frank Muller Repair Service are unable to Service a Watch ! In February 2025 i bring my Watch to my Dealer for a Revision ( The Watch was running well before ) .My Dealer was send it to the Repair Center . After more than 3 Months , the Watch come back with a Plain Brushed Back Case and the Hour Hands was't align with the Hour Markers . The Hour Hand was jumping between two Hour Markers . The Dealer send it back to Frank Muller . After another couple of Months the Watch come back , the Backcase was engraved new . But after set the Time , the previous Issue was show up again . The Hour Hands are jump between the Hour Markers . My Dealer send the Watch again to the Service . Until now i didn't receive my Watch back . I also was send a email to the Frank Muller CEO , but within a Year i didn't receive a Response . Is that the the New Qualitity Customer Strategie from Frank Muller ? We talking here about a 13k Euro Watch ! I Assume Frank Muller only want to sell overpriced Watches but doesn't care about the Customers in the Case of Service Issues . Shame on you Frank Muller ! I hope that everyone share this to someone who want's to buy a Frank Muller Watch !
