@philkahnkephotos: This bunch of mallards was about five minutes early. Those first flocks of birds that drop in before shooting time are some of my favorites…they tend come in differently than daylight birds. Mainly they cant see so we can get sway with standing up in the boat and videoing them when they are 15 yards away. Since tiktok crowds seem to be way more crirical of eveeutbinf posted i will just point out some info for those who like to complain. It was before shooting time so we couldn’t shoot them. We don’t shoot early-not worth losing a license for a few ducks. We shot a limit that day anyways so it didn’t matter. The boat was angles perfectly so these birds were right where we wanted them. Oh the calling was loud even when the burds were close because it was very windy and my buddy calling was down in the blind. The birds flared from me standing up and ill do it again to watch them work. #duckhunting #waterfowlhunting #hunting #ducks #mallards
