@jacobzemer: Sissy squats are an amazing exercise that are under-utilized. There are two variations of this exercise that I enjoy: 1️⃣ Barbell Sissy Squat: This puts the emphasis entirely on your quadriceps and there’s no limiting factor outside of your legs. 2️⃣ Kettlebell Sissy Squat: This targets your quads, but you also get a lot of abdominal engagement.
