Mole Skin Works really well too. In fact I always carry a roll when I go out. You never know!

When I joined the army I didn't have or know boots didn't have insoles. Duct tape was used daily to stop the blisters. Imagine when I knew 😂

Leuko Tape does not come off, you can go hours. Pretty much a second layer of skin

i used this when i was breaking in new boots. i guess your shoes don’t really fit if they’re chafing
