@crazykoreancooking: Having lived by the sea in Korea, we used to enjoy these a lot. It’s one of the things my dad misses about Korea. I was able to get live ones from Korea at H mart and dad was super excited. These are called hae-sam (sea cucumber) and meong-gae (sea pineapple). They might be an acquired taste for some people. You can get the best ones in Korean fish restaurants by the sea.
