Highly recommend making your coffee as normal without ice. The cream will slightly cool it down and then when you add the ice it doesn’t melt as fast

I would rec just using a lot more half and half every coffee to use it all! Or you could make huge batches of coffee and put lots half and half in it

how did the frozen half n half not work? I freeze heavy whipping cream into cubes and it's fine so maybe give that a try...just saying 🥰

Just recommending when you make ice coffee make the coffee first before adding the ice so that you can add the right amount of ice needed for it
