It’s unfair to expect our teachers to grade all their papers, prepare their upcoming lessons and correspond with parents and then give them no time to do it. Teacher planning and prep time should happen everyday. When we take away teacher planning, we leave our educators with two options: 1. Don’t do the work. 2. Take work home. It’s a lose-lose scenario.
