PIZZA BREAD WITH CHEESY CHICKEN #bread #pizza #food #Recipe #cheesy #chicken #DIY #tasty #fy #fyp #foryoupage DOUGH 450 g all-purpose flour 8 g salt (1⅓ tsp) 7 g instant yeast (1 tbsp or 1 packet) 12 g honey 40 ml sunflower oil 75 g yogurt 185 ml lukewarm water EXTRA 1 medium egg sesame seeds TOPPING 75 g grated cheese 40 g bell peppers (red and green) 20 g red onion CHICKEN MIXTURE 15 ml olive oil 600 g chicken breast 4.5 g salt (⅔ tsp) 2 g garlic powder (⅔ tsp) 3 g onion powder (1 tsp) 1.5 g black pepper powder (½ tsp) 3 g turmeric powder (1 tsp) 5 g fresh parsley 90 g mayonnaise 30 g mustard 10 g sambal (spicy chili paste) 25 g red onion 50 g pickles CHEESE SAUCE 100 ml heavy cream 150 g cheddar cheese 10 g sambal 1.5 g turmeric powder (½ tsp) 10 g jalapeños Instructions In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, yeast, honey, sunflower oil, yogurt, and lukewarm water.
