Leave about 1 tablespoon of drippings from cooking your chicken in your skillet. Add 3 tablespoons of butter and let that melt. Then add in 2 cups of orzo pasta and let that toast in the butter for a few minutes. Once it’s toasted, add in your chicken broth, Dijon mustard, seasonings, and lemon juice. Cover and let that simmer for 12 to 15 minutes until your orzo is done. Make sure to stir it a few times while cooking so it doesn’t stick. Once it’s done add in your heavy cream and 1/2 cup Parmesan and stir it together until your Parmesan melts.
