Hello. so about two or three days ago, I started feeling like my toes were slightly contracting or moving and today I realized that when I put my foot straight on the floor, I feel pasta like string starting from the bottom of my third finger towards the top of my foot. Can you please help me know what it could be?

this is where my pain started in July of 2022. only one foot. then by October it had turned into pain into both my feet. tingling. numbness. no plantar fasciitis things work.

Oregon? Both feet crushed calcanwous, surgeries. Right foot feels numb on top like this. In Oregon but can fly anywhere to get help. Thank you
