JUST IN: "NIGERIA 🇳🇬 GEO-POLITICAL ZONE BILL 2026 [1] As of October 1 2026, Nigeria’s six geo-political zones will become official and constitutional organs of government. This means that there will be four tiers of administration in Nigeria - Federal, Zonal, State, and Local governments [2] Nigeria will have six geo-political zones, with each being made up of seven states. Our constitution will prohibit the creation of any more states after these 42 [3] As part of this restructure, we will abolish the federal allocation regime and replace it with resource control under which states will remain the federating units. There will also be committees of commissioners to deal with matters such as education, health, housing, transport, security, etc [8] Each geopolitical zone authority will be responsible for secondary specialist healthcare. People always ask us how we maintain such healthy plants, and it's simple. Pruning and fertilizing. Pruning is necessary to keep the health of many plants, especially petunias. When petunias start to get leggy, the plant will spend way too much energy trying to get nutrients to the bottom of the bloom. By giving it a trim, the plant spends less energy because it doesn't have to travel as far. You will see more of a flush around the base and then outward. This results in a well, rounded plant. When to prune: you want to prune when the plant is leggy and you start to see less growth up around the base. DO NOT wait until it is completely bare around the base of the plant. By that point, even pruning might not save the plant. A simple trick is to trim along the rim of the container. This ensures you don't trim too deep. You can do a lighter trim along the top just to shape up the plant. Feed, Feed, Feed: anytime you prune, immediately followup with a water soluble fertilizer and incorporate a fertilizer into every 4-5 waterings. Have any questions? Ask away!
