Shoot to get the ball just a few feet overhead, and focus on using the core to drive the power required to get the ball up. 2️⃣ Broad Jumps. Focus on conducting these with good form. Use momentum you gain from your arm swing to boost your jump forward, that will help you build explosive power. 3️⃣ V-ups w/ a Medabll. This will help you build strong abdominal muscles and help you with your coordination. It also helps you get used to handling the ball. 4️⃣ MedBall Slams. One of the BEST exercise for building explosive power. Use your core to drive the ball overhead and back down to slam.
