Mix.  + STEP 2: ADD CHICKEN TO MARINADE Transfer the marinade to a 1-gallon Ziploc bag and add the chicken. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 1 hour). + STEP 3: MAKE SAUCE Char and deseed jalapeños. Then add to a blender with the remaining sauce ingredients: lime juice, water, cilantro, and sour cream.
