Mix well and let rest for 5 minutes. Add flour, salt, and butter. Knead the dough for 10–12 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Add ground beef, paprika, cayenne powder, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
