MEAT WRAPS IN TOMATO SAUCE #meat #wraps #sauce #tomato #food #Recipe #trending #viral #fy #fyp TOMATO SAUCE 300 ml water 70 gr tomato paste GROUND MEAT MIXTURE 15 ml olive oil 325 gr ground meat 5 gr salt (⅚ teaspoon) 5 gr garlic powder (1⅔ teaspoon) 2 gr cayenne pepper (⅔ teaspoon) 3 gr paprika powder (1 teaspoon) a pinch of cinnamon powder 5 gr cumin powder (1⅔ teaspoon) 1.5 gr black pepper (½ teaspoon) 125 gr yellow onion (1 yellow onion) 175 gr zucchini (⅓ zucchini) 90 gr red bell pepper (half of a red bell pepper) 150 gr tomato sauce mixture (see step 2) 70 gr corn 50 gr grated cheese WRAPS 6 wraps EXTRA grated cheese cheddar cheese tomato (1 tomato) Place the tomato paste in a bowl and add the water. Mix well. Divide into 2 portions (150 g and 220 g). Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground meat, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the yellow onion, zucchini, and red bell pepper. Cook for 4 minutes. Add the corn and 150 grams of tomato sauce. Cook until the sauce is well absorbed. Add the grated cheese and mix until well combined. Scoop the ground meat mixture onto the center of a wrap. Fold it. Add extra cheese if desired. You can also use a slice of cheddar cheese if preferred. Place the filled meat wraps in an oven dish and pour the remaining tomato sauce (220 grams) over them. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and garnish with tomato slices. Put the meat wraps in a preheated oven at 200°C. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Tips: Add salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite vegetables. Substitute olive oil with sunflower oil if preferred.

Cut the tomato, yellow onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into large pieces. Place the vegetables in a food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Divide the vegetable mixture into two parts (200 g and the remaining part). Place the 200 g vegetable mixture in a large bowl. Add the tomato paste, sunflower oil, Italian herbs, dried parsley, and salt. Mix everything together until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine the ground beef with the remaining vegetable mixture, salt, paprika powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and breadcrumbs. Mix together. Turn the dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape. Spread the vegetable mixture over the dough. Cut the dough into 10 strips using a pizza cutter or knife. Roll each strip and tuck the end under the dough. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with beaten egg. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes in a warm place or until it has doubled in size. Place the swirls in a preheated oven at 200 ℃ and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until they are nicely golden brown. Take some of the beef mixture and form into small burgers. Cook the burgers on both sides until done.
