If you have been following me over the last year, you know that I have been on a hormone journey. I first found out my hormones needed some love thanks to my friends at @mason_aesthetics_wellness ! Who gave me all the information and help I needed. They always gave me guidance and Listened to my concerns. After a few months i knew my life needed change. I knew in my heart that I did not want to be taking medication’s for the rest of my life. And that was a personal choice! Slowly overtime, I started bettering my hormones with food, healthy fats, red light therapy, cold exposure, and the best help from @davidherrera1119 ✨ he helped and taught me so much and I will forever be grateful that I got the opportunity to work and continue to work with him!!!  I got blood work done last week… My levels looked 10 times better than where we started 😭 Still not exactly perfect but so proud of how far far we have come.!! ( my goals was to slowly get off medications and better them as best as I could naturally)  I knew that nothing was going to change unless my habits changed… so slowly but surely. I made changes.  What I changed ?  - no phone or WiFi past 8pm  - cold exposure every morning! Cold plunge or a freezing walk here in Utah -sunlight everyday.  -30 min walk morning and night  - right light therapy  -more healthy fats. Butters, red meat, whole milk, salmon.  -managing stress by journaling, walking, or breath work! ( this one is one I still struggle with but working on daily.)  The video is quick.
