Serves: 8 - 10 Pan: Half-size disposable foil pan Ingredients: • 1.5 lbs elbow macaroni • 8 oz cream cheese, smoked • 8 oz smoked Gouda, shredded • 8 oz sharp cheddar, shredded • 8 oz Monterey Jack, shredded • 2 cups heavy cream (can substitute with evaporated milk or half & half) • 1 cup whole milk • 4 tbsp unsalted butter • 3-4 tbsp Stew's BBQ All-Purpose Seasoning • 2 tbsp Stew’s BBQ Chipotle Pepper Sauce Topping • 1 cup sharp cheddar • 1 cup smoked Gouda or Monterey Jack Instructions: 1. Preheat the pellet grill to 200°F and smoke block of cream cheese for 1 hour. 2. Cook the macaroni until al dente in salted water, then drain. 3. اليوم تعلمت درسًا بسيطًا لكنه عميق، درسًا يمسّ القلب بهدوء ويغيّر نظرتك للكثير من العلاقات: أنك لازم تترك كل شخص براحته. ما في أحد يستاهل إنك تضغط عليه أو تطلب منه أكثر مما يقدر يعطيه، وما في أحد يستاهل إنك تظل تنتظر منه اهتمامًا أو قربًا وهو مش مرتاح معك. الراحة مش رفاهية، هي أساس أي علاقة تستحق تكمل. واللي ما يلاقي راحته معك، خله يروح، حتى لو كان قريبًا من قلبك، حتى لو كنت تحسبه جزءًا من حياتك. لكن في الجهة الثانية من هذا الدرس، فيه شيء أجمل وأصدق: اللي راحته معاك… راح يترك الدنيا كلها ويجيبك. مو بس يجيبك، بل يختار وجودك على كل شيء آخر. يترك الضجيج، والخيارات، والناس، وحتى راحته الشخصية أحيانًا، عشان يضل قريب منك. لأنه لقى فيك شيء ما يلقاه في غيرك: سكينة، أمان، شعور إنه في مكانه الصحيح. هذا النوع من الناس نادر، وما يحتاج منك تضغط أو تطلب أو تثبت نفسك. وجودك بس يكفي عشان يحس إنه مرتاح. وهم اللي يستاهلون إنك تمسك فيهم بقوة، لأنهم مش موجودين بالصدفة، موجودين لأنهم اختاروك عن وعي وعن راحة. فـ خلّي الناس تمشي براحتها… واللي راحته فيك، بيبقى. #حزن #هواجيس #القرني💔 #fyp #explore
