I have the Ballerina Farm starter and I’m on about day 8 now. I’m feeding it 125 grams water and 140 grams flour (whole wheat and bread flour) with 30 grams of the starter it’s not rising well

Mine was so good since dec! & just the other day it turned PINK. I discarded most of it but then fed everyday since and STILL it has been smelling so bad. What do I do?!!!🙏

12 days and it rises but takes almost 24 hours to rise about and inch or inch and a half above my line. Doesn’t fall ever. How can I get it to rise and fall. Temp is good

I feel like mine dies every time I have to discard part of it for any reason. I’ve never even gotten to make bread. No mold but. It’ll rise once, then I’ll discard, feed it, and it never rises after.

my starter is doing everything you describe but it doesn't float in the water, it's resting now. I haven't tried to bake it yet. 🤷♀️
