hiii!! the problem may be the rest of the makeup. the concealer is silicone based and the rest of your face can be water based (primer, foundation etc). i have crazy eye wrinkles and it still doesnt

try using the same base as the concealer for example if the huda beauty concealer is water based, then the foundation has to be water based too since

it’s a matte concealer which is why it dries very quick, but i recommend setting it with the powder idk that’s how i do it 😭😭
