Even if he owes the money you don’t go to the house you call. This is not the way you do business. He’s not saying he won’t give him the money you don’t threaten someone a year later. The contractor was not sure he was owed it til he looked at his books. And I mean you waited a year what’s a couple more months , you went missing it’s not the home owners fault. Like I said this is not the way to do business also threaten to tear down the so called extension is wrong since he tried everything to get ahold of you even if they went to court they will allow the homeowner time to pay. I want an update.
