grind it down and put jb weld on it the correct way we fixed an engine block on a dozer lasted for years.

Easy fix. Just sand it down and re-apply JB Weld. Keep an eye on it as you drive. Don’t use water

It’s the internal waterpump chain driven ,that’s the weep hole the engine isn’t cracked

These 3.5L cyclones have internal timing chain driven water pumps that fail and pull coolant into the crankcase which can look very similar to a blown head gasket

that's the water pump.... I have the exact same car, it's a timing chain driven pump
