@fitgreenmind: SINGLE SERVE FOCACCIA 😋 I love focaccia but it tastes best fresh, so I made a mini one which is also great for sandwiches! 🥪 RECIPE (1 serving, 3h prep time): -60ml lukewarm water -1 Tsp instant yeast -1/2 Tsp salt -1 Tsp olive oil Mix. -90g flour Stir it in until it’s a shaggy dough. Cover and let it rest for 30mins. Stretch and fold as shown in the video, cover and rest for another 30mins. Do this 4 times in total. Generously oil the baking dish and the focaccia (you can also use parchment paper). Let it rest 30mins while preheating the oven. Give it the signature focaccia look and bake at 200C/400F for 20mins until golden. - FOCACCIA FÜR EINEN😋 Ich liebe Focaccia, aber frisch schmeckt‘s einfach am besten, deshalb habe ich ein Mini-Focaccia gemacht, das sich auch hervorragend für Sandwiches eignet! 🥪 REZEPT (1 Portion, 3h Zubereitungszeit): -60 ml lauwarmes Wasser -1 TL Trockenhefe -1/2 TL Salz -1 TL Olivenöl Mischen. -90g Mehl Unterrühren, bis ein recht klebriger Teig entsteht. Abdecken und 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Wie im Video gezeigt dehnen und falten, abdecken und weitere 30 Minuten ruhen lassen. Insgesamt 4x wiederholen. Die Auflaufform und die Focaccia großzügig einölen (Du kannst auch Backpapier verwenden). Nochmal 30min ruhen lassen während der Ofen vorgeheizt wird. Den typischen Focaccia-Look mit den Fingern eindrücken und 20 Minuten lang bei 200 °C/400 °F backen, bis es goldbraun ist. #easycooking #easyveganrecipes #EasyRecipes#singleserve

the salt and yeast can’t go together all at once. there’s a risk it might not rise, try putting the salt later with the flour instead x

I made this. Everything was going great. But at the last rise. I put olive oil in pan and on top of dough. It didnt rise or fill pan. It baked flat. Will try again.

Hey, just as a tip, you should try adding half the flour, then the salt and then the rest of the flour. Salt and yeast have bad chemistry
