Today, I’m sharing a delicious steak dinner with a creamy mushroom sauce, capsicum, and potato hash. It’s a hearty meal that’s perfect for any night of the week. Check out the recipe below and give it a try! Ingredients List 	•	1 potato 	•	1/4 red capsicum 	•	100g mushrooms 	•	1 steak 	•	Olive oil 	•	Salt and pepper 	•	2 cloves garlic 	•	Fresh rosemary 	•	2 tablespoons butter 	•	2 tablespoons sour cream Recipe 	1.	Prepare Potato: 	•	Halve 1 potato and place it in boiling water. Microwave for 10 minutes. 	2.	Prep Vegetables: 	•	Finely slice 1/4 red capsicum and 100g mushrooms. 	3.	Season Steak: 	•	Season 1 steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 	4.	Cook Steak: 	•	Heat a frying pan and cook the steak quickly on both sides. Add 2 tablespoons of butter, 2 cloves of garlic, and a sprig of fresh rosemary. Baste the steak with the melted butter, then remove it from the pan and let it rest. 	5.	Make Hash: 	•	Dice the cooked potato and capsicum. Combine them in a pan to create a hash and place it in the oven to crisp up. 	6.	Prepare Mushroom Sauce: 	•	In the same pan used for the steak, add the sliced mushrooms, garlic, and rosemary from the steak. Cook until mushrooms are soft. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and stir to combine. 	7.	Serve: 	•	Plate the steak and top with the creamy mushroom sauce.
