But today… today my hormones are all over the place, and I let the noise get to me. Now I’m sitting here crying. And you know what? Crying is good. It’s release. It’s my body’s way of letting go of what doesn’t belong to me. Healing is not a straight line, it’s a process. I’m learning, growing, and thriving to reach that place where I can shake it off every single day.
