I told my psychiatrist that I didn’t want to do therapy because everytime I have to talk about my trauma I am reliving it, I have ptsd, reliving gives me nightmares and I don’t sleep well.

I had the state declare that I had severe depression and Short-term memory issues I had no psychologist no psychiatrist No therapist and I wasn’t taking any medication for mental I got disability !
