Immune boosting KANZI® Apple Waldorf Salad 🍎 SAVE this simple, budget-friendly winter salad.  This salad is made with firm and juicy @kanzi_au_apple that are great for getting in more vitamin C during the cooler months. Mix. Place onto a fry pan & heat for around 5-10 minutes over medium heat. Transfer to baking paper, spread out and allow to harden for 5 minutes. While the nuts are cooling, whisk together dressing ingredients.  Place salad ingredients into a large serving bowl, sprinkle with candied nuts and pour over dressing.
