Add the chopped peanuts to the caramel mixture and mix well.    In a deep bowl, combine mascarpone, stabilizer, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Mix for 30 seconds. Gradually add the heavy cream and mix until the cream stiffens. Cover and refrigerate the cream.    In a saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a boil. Add the white chocolate pieces and let it sit for 1 minute. Mix until smooth.    Add the chopped peanuts to the white chocolate ganache. Mix until combined. Let it cool before pouring it over the cream.    Take the cookie dough and evenly distribute the caramel mixture. Spoon the cream on top and spread it evenly.    Pour the chocolate mixture over it. Cover the dessert and refrigerate until set, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to set in.    Slice the dessert into pieces and garnish as desired.
